Service Details
Experience Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile in action using pickleball and tennis — not slides, not lectures, but real collaboration, iteration, and feedback across individuals and whole teams.
Why Learn This Way?
Scrum is built on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement — and Scaled Agile extends those same principles across multiple teams working toward a shared goal. Both are usually taught in static classrooms. We move learning onto the court instead, where communication becomes natural, iteration becomes visible, and cross-team alignment becomes something people can actually feel.
Scrum, Experienced — Not Explained
In our sessions, pickleball and tennis are not the goal — they're the medium. Participants work in teams, adapt strategies between rounds, and continuously improve performance, mirroring how Scrum teams — and, when we run multiple courts and squads at once, Scaled Agile programs — operate in real projects.
- Sprints → Short match rounds with clear goals
- Daily Stand-ups → Quick team huddles between rounds
- Retrospectives → Reflect after each game to improve
- Program Increments → Multi-court, multi-team round-robins that mirror how Scaled Agile coordinates several teams toward one release goal
How a Session Works
Each session is structured to mirror a Scrum cycle: Sprint Planning Teams set a goal (e.g., improve rally consistency) Sprint Execution (Game Play) Play short matches applying the focus Daily Stand-ups Quick check-ins between rounds Sprint Review Evaluate performance through gameplay Retrospective Discuss what worked and what to improve
